If you have already placed your order, you can track your delivery on our Order Tracking page, or by signing into your Account
Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to appear on your statement, although it is usually much quicker. We'll always refund back to the card that you paid with.
Once your order is placed, we aren't able to cancel. If you have made a mistake, we will attempt to cancel the delivery once the order is dispatched, as well as refund you. You can then continue to place a new order.
